Week 1
Collection from indigenous desi cows
Gir and Kankrej cow urine and dung are collected fresh each morning from gaushalas across Ahmedabad district.

Week 1–3
Panchagavya fermentation
Blended with jaggery, gram flour and curd in earthen tanks, and turned daily to build a stable microbial culture.

Week 3–4
Filtration & lab testing
Every batch is filtered through triple-mesh cloth and tested in-house for pH, nitrogen content and microbial load.

Bottling & batch coding
Finished liquid is bottled with a batch code linking it back to the gaushala and fermentation date.
