About Us
— From Gaushala to Ground
We Didn’t Reinvent Farming.
We Remembered It.
Gau Nova turns fermented cow urine and panchagavya into living soil inputs — replacing chemical fertilisers with the science our grandparents already trusted, now lab-tested and batch-tracked.

— Where It Began
It started with one
compacted field.
In 2019, near Ahmedabad, our founder watched a family farm need more fertiliser every year just to hold its ground — literally. The soil had stopped holding water. Yields were flattening. The bill kept climbing.
The fix wasn’t a new chemical. It was an old one — panchagavya and jeevamrut, prepared the way regional gaushalas had for generations, refined with lab testing and consistent batching so farmers could trust the same result every single time.
“We weren’t trying to invent something new. We were trying to make something old reliable enough to scale.”

— What We Stand For
Four Rules We Don’t Bend On
Living Inputs Only
No synthetic stabilisers, ever. Every input starts as fermented cow urine, dung, or panchagavya — nothing else.
Tested, Not Assumed
Every batch is checked in-house for pH, nitrogen content, and microbial load before it’s bottled.
Farmer-First Pricing
Fixed, predictable costs per acre — no seasonal price hikes that punish loyal growers.
Traceable to Source
Every bottle carries a batch code linking it back to the gaushala it came from.

— Our Journey
Six Years, One Living Process
01
2019
Three Gaushalas, One Test Field
Started sourcing cow urine and dung from three gaushalas around Ahmedabad
and testing fermentation batches on a single field.
02
2021
Crossed 500 Farmers
Word spread through cotton and groundnut growers in Sanand — word
of mouth became our only marketing channel.
03
2023
Opened In-House Lab Testing
Built our own pH, nitrogen, and microbial testing setup so every
batch could be checked before it left the facility.
04
2025
1,000+ Direct Growers
Reached over 1,000 direct farms across Gujarat, with full batch traceability on every product.
